Information we collect

When you apply, we collect the information you enter, including your name, contact details, position, experience, location, notice period, cover note and CV. Technical security records such as IP address and submission time are also retained.

Why we use it

We use this information to evaluate your suitability for current or potential roles, contact you about recruitment, maintain application records and protect the application service from misuse. AI-assisted screening may be run manually by an authorised administrator; it is advisory only and does not make hiring or rejection decisions.

Storage and access

CV files are stored outside the public web root and can only be retrieved through an authenticated administrator session. Access and deletion events are recorded. Recruitment data is not sold.

Retention

Applications are retained for the period configured by the client, currently set administratively, after which they are eligible for secure deletion.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing stennyraj@abitsoman.com. Identity verification may be required before acting on a request.

Legal review

The client must confirm applicable obligations, including Oman’s Personal Data Protection Law and its current implementing regulations, with a qualified local legal adviser. This page does not claim legal compliance.
